For this dish, I plan ahead and make a pita sandwich out of it. I get the pita ahead of time, then put the lovely falafel in my oven's air fry setting, with a light spray of olive oil to crisp it up.
The salad and sauce goes right into the pita with the crispy falafel. A small lunchtime project, but it's yummy!
I popped the falafel into my air fryer to heat, and put it on top of the salad with the sauce. Very yummy and filling.
It’s so yummy I just want more of it! Portion was too small but otherwise so tasty :)
The falafel is tasty and the salad pairs with it very well. A nice refreshing meal!
